     This product works great! I was hesitant at first to purchase since a lot of the reviews were saying that the tool leaves streaks and the pads didn't clean well. I understand how they came to those conclusions, but in the end it all has to do with reading the instruction for using the tool and glass cleaner. Normally to clean the inside of a windshield you spray the heck out of the whole thing and wipe it down with a paper towel or cloth. For this tool and spray to work as intended, you only spray small amount and let the tool do the rest of the work. If you spray a lot of the cleaner on the windshield it will soak the pad and leave most of the cleaner on the window. It is designed for small amounts. I know, it sounds like it would not clean anything with such small amounts of cleaner, but it does! Int he case of this product, less is more and reading the instructions gets you a clean windshield.
